Who We Are
Elder Gerald Collins
Elder Gerald Collins was born in Fort Riley KS, but spent his formative years in Columbus, and considers himself a true native of the city. He has attended Muskingum College, Columbus State Community College, Aenon Bible College, and The Ohio State University, where he received his teaching license for the state of Ohio. Pastor Collins believes in life long learning and continues attending classes and seminars today.
In his former ministry settings he has served as Youth Leader, Outreach Co-Chair, Deacon, Served on the Men’s Ministry Board, Care group Leader, Sunday School Teacher/Co-Superintendent/Director of Christian Education. He is currently Assistant pastor and Chief Operations Officer of Zion Christian Assembly, where Vice Bishop William M. Polley is the pastor and founder.
Pastor Collins takes the call of God seriously and deems it a privilege to minister to His people. He has been assigned to pastoral leadership, focusing on leadership development, marriage and family, and Christian Education. A teacher at heart, Elder Collins desires to inspire and motivate God's people to realize their purpose and to pursue God with gusto and persistence.
Pastor Collins is the husband of his beautiful wife Sharon and the proud father of two beautiful daughters Audrey and Brittany.
Elder James Littleton
Elder James Littleton answered the call the Ministry and was licensed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in October 1987. He was ordained into the ministry by the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. in July 1993.
Elder Littleton has been with the ministry at Zion Christian Assembly from Zion’s conception in July 2003. Elder Littleton counts it a great privilege and an awesome responsibility to help serve in the ministry work of Bishop Polley. He works diligently to be a blessing to God’s people and God’s kingdom with God’s help.
Elder Littleton has been married to his wife, Cathy E. Littleton for 33 years. They have two daughters, Venise L. Carter & Eboni M. Price, and five grandchildren.
Elder Jo Ann Betton
As the newest member of Zion's pastoral staff, Elder Jo Ann Betton has been engage with the Sunday School Ministry, serves with the Intercessory Prayer Warriors, and she serves with the Altar Workers Ministry and the Hope and Salvation Prison Ministry team. In addition, she works with Zion's Hospital, Sick & Shut-in Visitation Team.
Along with her duties at Zion, Pastor Betton is also a member of the Jabez L.I.F.T. Women’s Group, an interfaith organization fellowship who love talking about God’s love. She is also a member of the Devine Breakthrough Spiritual Clinic Ministry Team.
She is the mother of two daughters, and proud grandmother of three grandsons.
